Axio Capital has restructured the capital of the IZITEK group alongside its founder William Hertling and the management team.

Founded in 2002, the IZITEK group brands itself as a major long-standing player in the distribution of IT products and services (computing, office automation, multimedia, video surveillance, e-money, telephony, etc.) in the area in and around Aix-en-Provence.

Wholly owned by its founder since its formation, IZITEK initially developed through organic growth, achieving a significant market share on its local market. It then launched related activities, in particular a captive bank (IZILEASE) that offers lease financing for the products sold by IZITEK. In recent years, with the aim of accelerating its growth, the group has also pursued a proactive policy of external growth on new vertical markets, integrating a mobile app development studio (KREACTIVE STUDIO) and a structure marketing photocopying equipment (SBR 84). Through these acquisitions the group’s sales revenue topped twenty million euros in 2022.

Attracted by a spirit of initiative, William Hertling’s leadership skills, and by the quality and diversity of the group’s assets, Axio Capital has structured a deal that enables the founder to safeguard some of the progress made while at the same time offering the option of associating a team of key managerial staff. After this process led by Smart Entrepreneurs Partners, Axio Capital and William Hertling each hold nearly 45% of the capital.

Positioned on booming markets driven by technological developments and regular equipment renewal requirements, the group enjoys a number of advantages for seizing these opportunities, thanks to a well-structured sales force and packaged offers tailored to its clientele of SMEs.

To successfully complete an ambitious growth plan, the group intends to capitalize on the external growth deals already completed these last few years, broaden its geographical operating area, and lastly to continue its proactive external growth policy in its various lines of business.
