This is the equity investment solution, involving AXIO’s role as a lead shareholder, systematically partnering with management teams who drive the operational projects.

Two bespoke investment approaches are offered:

AXIO acts as a deal structurer, supporting management teams both in growth capital operations and in buyout capital transactions.
Two investment approaches are offered:
• Through its “AXIO Evidence” activity, AXIO invests equity and quasi-equity in SMEs that are driving environmental progress.
• Through its “AET” activity, AXIO offers Energy Savings Certificate (CEE) financing solutions aimed at delegates, agents, and obligated parties.
