Louis Renaudin has been an entrepreneur for 28 years.
A graduate of École Centrale Paris and holder of a degree in Business Law, he took part in 1998 in the LMBO acquisition of a subsidiary of the Atos Origin group.
In 2003, he co-founded Ardens & Associés, an AMF-approved private equity management company, with which he raised and invested four successive generations of funds in around thirty portfolio companies, mainly majority-owned.
He sold Ardens & Associés to Apicap in 2018, while continuing to support the management of the Ardens funds as Senior Advisor, now with AXIO Capital.
In 2022, Louis co-founded Jubilé, a mission-driven company approved by the ACPR and specialized in granting loans without monthly repayments to elderly people who no longer have access to traditional banking channels.
