Graduating from Lyon 2 with a post-graduate degree in Company Assessment and Transfer, Laurent started his career with Initiative & Finance (a subsidiary of the Banque Populaire group) then in 2002 participated in the entrepreneurial project creating management company MBO Partenaires.
A shareholder of MBO Partenaires since 2007, he founded Axio Capital in 2014 with Florian de Gouvion Saint Cyr, creating a private equity firm investing on French SMEs.
