Bénédicte holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. She began her career at Uside, a consulting firm specializing in change management and quality of work life, before joining Financière DSBG, the holding company of the Desmet Ballestra industrial group, where she worked for five years as an executive assistant.
Following a skills assessment, she shifted her career toward the tech sector and trained in software testing roles. She then joined Khiplus as an IVV Engineer, where for two years she was responsible for verifying and validating the quality of deliverables, while also training in project management.
Bénédicte joined AXIO in December 2025 and leverages her versatile experience. She particularly enjoys support and coordination roles, as well as working in diverse environments.
