Founded in 2002, Izitek is an IT distribution and financing group.
Specialized in the past in the outsourcing of its customers’ IT needs, the Group offers a broad range of products and services (hardware, software, pre-sales and after-sales services). Izitek then developed by launching new offers such as lease financing through an internal banking captive. The Group also has a business unit dedicated to the development of web and mobile applications.
Izitek is very active in the south-east quarter of France.
Context of the deal
Attracted by a spirit of initiative, William Hertling’s leadership skills, and by the quality and diversity of the group’s assets, Axio Capital has structured a deal that enables the founder to safeguard some of the progress made while at the same time offering the option of associating a team of key managerial staff.
After this process, Axio Capital and William Hertling each hold nearly 45% of the capital, the balance being held by the key managerial staff.
