Context of the deal
AXIO was asked to organize the operational and capital transfer of the company, and structured a majority MBO operation at the heart of its strategy. In this operation, Samuel le Beguec, BEB’s long-standing CEO, hands over to Mickaël Rodriguez, his right-hand man for the past 10 years, while reinvesting significantly alongside him.
This new stage in BEB’s history ensures the continuity of a strong corporate culture.
