Context of the deal
In 2023, Axio structured a double deal on Bail Art alongside its founder and company director Edouard Challemel du Rozier, with a view to better structuring its various activities and ensuring the optimal development of each of them.
This entailed organizing a spin-off of the works of art financing activities into a dedicated entity and refocusing Bail Art on its artistic services offer, with numerous means of reinforcement already identified.
