After a final-year internship in Private Equity at UI Investissement, and experiences in M&A and corporate finance, where he developed expertise in LBO and growth capital transactions, Lucas joined AXIO Capital in December 2025.
He is a graduate of Centrale Lille and EDHEC Business School.
