After graduating from ESCEM and completing an MBA at the University of Saint-Louis, Antoine Bodet started his career as a Mergers & Acquisitions consultant with COFINGEST, then in Private Equity with IDPC.
He then handled LBO and growth capital transactions at Alliance Entreprendre.
In 2016, he set up a Venture Capital team within Alliance Entreprendre dedicated to SaaS BtoB software vendors in vertical markets, such as Adtech, Martech , Cybersecurity, HR Tech or health services.
En mars 2022, Antoine Bodet rejoint AXIO Capital en tant que Directeur Associé. Antoine prend ainsi la responsabilité du développement du fonds Axio Solution dont la stratégie est de réaliser des investissements minoritaires dans le cadre d’opérations de Transmission, Développement, Growth ou MBO. Antoine co-dirige avec Alexandra Lebret le fonds Together dédié au financement des sociétés de production indépendantes européennes.
