After graduating from ESCEM and completing an MBA at the University of Saint-Louis, Antoine Bodet started his career as a Mergers & Acquisitions consultant with COFINGEST, then in Private Equity with IDPC.
He then handled LBO and growth capital transactions at Alliance Entreprendre.
In 2016, he set up a Venture Capital team within Alliance Entreprendre dedicated to SaaS BtoB software vendors in vertical markets, such as Adtech, Martech , Cybersecurity, HR Tech or health services.
In March 2022, Antoine Bodet joined AXIO Capital as a Partner. He assumed responsibility for developing the Axio Solution fund, whose strategy is to make minority investments in succession/buyout, development, growth, and MBO situations. Antoine also co-leads, alongside Alexandra Lebret, the Together fund, dedicated to financing European independent production companies.
